JGF5000C+ is a high speed milling and accuracy embedding pre-personalized production line.
With the double detection, color sensor or QR detection, double high speed milling motor cooling by air system with antenna protecting detector, antenna welding hole slot and cavity can be completed at the same time, the high-speed brush motor to remove impurities and waste after slotting completely, OCR to inspect the Q-factor of the antenna is available on the machine.
Cavity depth measurement and cavity hole inspect by vacuum absorbtion, OCR to inspect the antenna flatness and integrity, the efficiency antenna conductive detection which ensure the high quality of embedding .
Available for conductive glue dispensing or solder paste technology which makes the cost down rapidly, OCR inspection after adhesive or solder paste dispensing, online lamination and module cutting can be completed simultaneous, Screw ball with the robot to module pick & place preheating and servo system is adopted to ensure the high accuracy of the placement.
Strengthened with multiple hot welding and cold welding group to protect the module by cooling down, implements encapsulation quality, Card body flatness detection,OCR to check the surface of the card's overall.The PC terminal connects the reader to detect the chip value and the chip frequency to identify the quality of the chip. It supports the port API access of SDK smartware development package under the APDU access program to realize the secondary development of the software.

The package adopts unique plane structure by 6 groups of hot press heads &1 group cold press heads to solve the problem of high temperature strengthening and low temperature cooling protection module. Plane adjustment is not necessary when replacing welding heads.
Chip transmission adopts THK original ball screw module, servo positioning ensures higher accurate module placement.
The card transmission is driven by servo belt to complete the action, ensuring the safety and stability of the machine.
