JGCFT-8000+ is a combi production line of High Speed Card Milling, Module Detection, Laminating and Module Embedding in one operation.
Integrating with Double Milling Stations, Color Sensor Detection, Double Card Detection, Depth Detection, Perforation Detection, Chip Presence Detection, Module Flatness Detection ATR Detection, Module OCR Inspection,High Speed Cleaning,Tape Punching, Online Lamination, Hot Press, Cold Press, Chip Module Punching and Embedding, and pre-personalized data processing as one of the functional production line. SDK and application interface for secondary development of devices can be provided to meet customers individual requirements.
The device is specially designed for the production of the ISO ID-1 card, half card and quarter card.
Main function:
1.Integration of auto card feeding, milling,cleaning, chip module punching, embedding, detection and collection.
2. Modules are conveyed by the servo drive high-precision guide rail and screw, with position to be changed through direct modification of parameters.
3.Accurate OCR Sensor monitoring, identify good and faulty modules automatically, reject and collect the faulty modules automatically.
4.Specialized fixture design to ensure the accuracy of milling depth without any influences from card thickness and size.
5.Pre-set with four standard module milling programs which may be called according to actual requirements, with parameters to be modified at ease.
6. Two groups of X, Y, Z axis, it can be choose the first layer and second layer milling separately, which has improved manufacturing efficiency and get rid of the difficulty of modifying the center position while milling.
7.Adopt the unique tool changing type, more convenient and quicker.
8.Specially molding designed for ISO ID-1 card, half card and quarter card. No molding should be replaced for cards changing.
9. Depth detection device, can be real-time monitoring, prompt adjustment and operation.
10.Imported Mitsubishi servo system, THK grasping arm, X,Y,Z axis precise positioning can ensure the speed and accuracy
